We made Wriggle to showcase businesses we love and to incentivise people to spend at local independents rather than chains, whilst helping our business partners with visibility and efficiency.
Originally a tool for kitchens to communicate and sell surplus perishable stock to deal with potential food waste, Wriggle's grown into a marketplace for spare capacity at independent food, drink and entertainment businesses. Wriggle only works with indie/smaller scale businesses we love—those of a high quality, with an interesting story and/or good ethos (see www.getawriggleon.com/bristol for current partners). Wriggle is 9 people under 30. It’s a year old. And it’s born, bred and run in Bristol.
